Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free exchanges, provided the items meet the following conditions:
Returns
No eligible returns. Exchange only.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)
- Gift cards or items marked as final sale
- Items that have been altered or customized
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 12 days of delivery. We will assist in processing the exchange if the product is eligible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the product. We will offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange based on your preference.
Shipping Information for Orders
Please allow 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification before your order is shipped.
You will receive a tracking number once your items) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 5PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be processed the next business day.
